Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our online sports card store. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Returns

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from our online sports card store. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then initiate a refund to your original payment method. The amount of the refund will be the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
